#24: What is your secret to getting a good night’s sleep?

Well, circumventing the obvious answer of food, alcohol, and sex, I would say exercise and meditation.

I find that whenever I’ve gone for a run, or had a proper workout (which for me means going for a run), I sleep better in the evenings.

Not eating too late before bed is always a good idea oh this is such a silly question I’m done with it.
